Moosland News Has the story.
The MooseLand News crew recieved an anonymous tip about the situation.
Connor Marsh 23, Was arrested by a Trooper with the San Andreas Highway patrol on the charges of vandilism when the event took place.
We reached out to Connor following the anonymous tip, This is what he had to say
"I was arrested and misses Katan? Kathryn? Whatever her dumb name is, she was rather mean. I was just using my American right to express how I feel and ignore the right to remain silent chose to keep speaking, after this she got annoyed of it and dry stunned me! She dry stunned me then once I asked for a supervisor she ignored me. She dry stunned me for no reason with no grounds just because I was talking then she said she was the supervisor and ignored all requests for a supervisor. She also didn’t have a body cam or dash cam on, is this really the standards we have to live in in 2021? It’s just another example that those trooper people in the SAHP are horrible law enforcement officials and I think they should be fired for those actions they clearly are tapped mentally if they think they can do that in 2021, truely horrible cops the SAHP are" - Connor Marsh.
Hearing Connor's story about how he was treated by law enforcement raises quite a few questions such as, how we can trust a Trooper to uphold the law if they are breaking it themselves? Why wasn't the trooper wearing their body camera? And why are there not regulations put in place to prevent this sort of incident from occuring?
MooseLand News has reached out to the Commissioner of the San Andreas Highway Patrol and received this response below, We have also reached out to the Trooper involved but have not receieved a response from them.
"The trooper in question has been placed on paid leave pending the outcome of the investigation, We will do our best to prevent this sort of situation occuring in the future." Jack Pattilo, Commissioner of the San Andreas Highway Patrol
